My wife, Teresa and sons, Daniel, Matthew, and Jonathan and I have called South Pasadena our home since 1975. I treasure the opportunity we have had to raise our family in this great community and appreciate the necessity to preserve our City.

• I oppose extension of the SR 710 in any form. Proposals for extension should be stricken from the State Highway Map and CALTRANS properties sold.
• Protect the health of children and residents from freeway and other environmental pollution.
• The blight in our City's empty lots and deteriorating buildings must be eliminated.
• Preserve the small town ambiance of our City through smarter, comprehensive traffic calming and city design measures.
• Maintain prudent city reserves; protect taxpayers' dollars to allow the orderly improvement of City infrastructure.
• Promote environmentally friendly policies in water usage and development.
• Increase citizen participation to strengthen City Commissions.
• Friendly efficient City Services.
